パブリックヒストリー研究会総会・国際シンポジウム“Public History & Education: Teaching PH /Teaching with PH”開催のお知らせ
パブリックヒストリー研究会では、以下の国際シンポジウムを開催いたします。
同日、開催に先立ち、パブリックヒストリー研究会総会を開催いたしますので、あわせてご参加ください。なお、国際シンポジウムは公開イベントですので、非会員の方もご参加いただけます。

2. 開催目的／Objectives
本シンポジウムは、「パブリックヒストリー」と「教育」という二つの側面に焦点を当て、両者についての議論を深めることを目的とします。
In this symposium, we focus on two interrelated dimensions of "Public History" and "Education" and aim to deepen discussion on both.
1 Public History を教える（Teaching PH）：大学などの高等教育機関において、どのようにパブリックヒストリーが教えられているのか。
Teaching Public History (Teaching PH): How Public History is taught in universities and other higher education institutions.
2 Public History で教える（Teaching with PH）：学校教育や博物館などの社会教育施設において、パブリックヒストリーの実践や視点がどのように活用されているのか。
Teaching with Public History (Teaching with PH): How the practices and perspectives of Public History are used in various educational settings, such as school education and museums.
これら二つの軸を交差させることで、大学におけるパブリックヒストリー教育と、学校教育・社会教育機関における実践との対話を促し、日本におけるパブリックヒストリー教育の発展に寄与することを目指します。
By bringing these two dimensions together, the symposium seeks to foster dialogue between university-based public history education and educational practices in schools and social education institutions, and thereby promote public history education in Japan.
